Could you tell us about your career before joining the company?

I originally worked in taiko drum concerts and instruction, but due to the impact of COVID-19, I entered the IT industry. I worked as an SES for about two years at my first company before joining TechReis.

Why did you decide to join Tech Reis?

Because information is always open, which made me feel that it was a trustworthy company.

What are some of the recommended points or attractive aspects of Tech Reis?

As I mentioned before, the openness of information is a major point. Additionally, it's attractive that each employee can easily express their wishes. Personally, I also find the strong personalities of each employee to be a notable point.

What kind of people do you think match well with Tech Reis?

I think it’s a good match for people who have their own goals and aspirations.

Honestly, are you glad you transferred to Tech Reis? Please tell us why.

Yes, I am glad. I received support in finding better conditions for my projects, and I am satisfied with both the work style and content of the projects I joined. Additionally, all the employees are kind and respectable, making it a pleasure to work with them.

Has joining Tech Reis changed your work ease?

Yes, it has become easier to work. For example, unlike my previous SES company, there are no return-to-office days or report documents, which I now realize were quite time-consuming.

Why did you decide to become an engineer?

I have always enjoyed acquiring technical skills.

Could you tell us about the project and tasks you are currently handling?

I mainly handle operations for multiple systems built on AWS and GCP. I receive alert notifications, check the situation, perform first response, and escalate as needed. I also handle server upgrades, address vulnerabilities, improve operational tasks, and conduct investigations, document creation, and reporting outside of regular operational tasks.

What do you value in your work, and what is something you absolutely cannot compromise on?

Growth. I value growing through working with respectable people and gaining new experiences.

How do you perceive the atmosphere of Tech Reis' career advisors from an engineer's perspective?

They are approachable and genuinely listen to you.

Sumo. I happened to catch it on TV and was immediately hooked. The way they fight with all their might from start to finish, the clarity of the short battles, and the impact of large bodies clashing was overwhelming. I've only watched from the middle of one tournament, but it seems like it will become a new hobby.
